Operator across sales, partnerships and business growth

Five years across sales, partnerships and finance spanning both B2C and B2B, plus six years building my own eCommerce businesses on the side. Started in B2C, selling solar door to door at Smart Energy (top 5% nationally, 110-125% of quota, $3M+ generated), then moved into B2B at 121 Brokers, providing unsecured business loans and asset finance to businesses at 105-120% of quota, settling $20M+ in volume. Most recently continued in B2B as Director of Partnerships at Midterm, leading deal sourcing across primary US markets. I'm looking broadly at roles in Tech, SaaS, Real Estate, PropTech, Entertainment and beyond, honestly open to anything, as long as it's a great team and a product I can get behind. US citizen based in Los Angeles.

Experience

Where I've worked

01
Sep 2025 – Jun 2026

Director of Partnerships

  • Joined the founding team and built the B2B partnership and acquisition function from scratch across primary US markets, owning the playbook end to end from sourcing through deal evaluation.
  • Evaluated 20+ acquisition targets and built relationships with 15+ business brokers and M&A advisors to establish ongoing deal flow.
  • Built financial models, valuation frameworks, and the Information Memorandum that underpinned Series A fundraising and investor communications.
02
Jul 2023 – Sep 2025

Sales Development Representative → Account Executive

  • Promoted to Account Executive within 12 months after consistently exceeding targets, moving into a B2B role providing unsecured business loans and asset finance to business clients at 105-120% of quota.
  • Owned the full sales cycle from initial consultation through settlement, settling $20M+ in volume by matching businesses to the right funding structure across major banks and private lenders.
  • Built deep working knowledge of business lending products, credit policy, and deal structuring, working directly with senior brokers to qualify and progress opportunities.
03
Jan 2021 – Jun 2025

Brand Founder

  • Built and scaled 6 Amazon FBA and Shopify stores from the ground up (B2C), generating over six figures in cumulative revenue across domestic and international markets with 5,000+ units sold to date.
  • End-to-end ownership across product research, sourcing, listing optimization, PPC, logistics, and P&L.
  • Used data-driven keyword and conversion analysis (Google Analytics, Amazon PPC, Helium 10) to improve organic ranking, click-through, and conversion across all listings.
04
Jan 2021 – Dec 2022

Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive

  • Generated $3M+ in revenue across two years at 110-125% of quota, ranking in the top 5% of consultants nationally (B2C), earning promotion to Senior Sales Executive and monthly top-performer bonuses.
  • Sold solar and energy efficiency solutions in a high-volume, performance-driven environment, with pipeline built through canvassing, cold calling, and booked appointments.
  • Took on training and mentoring for new consultants, coaching them on objection handling, closing technique, and territory planning.

A closer look at the work

Four roles, four different games. Click any card to open up the story, the numbers, and how it actually played out.

Promoted from SDR to Account Executive within 12 months after consistently exceeding targets. Owned the full B2B sales cycle, from first conversation through settlement, structuring unsecured business loans and asset finance deals typically between $100K–$300K, with terms spanning 12–36 months, matched against a network of private lenders and major banks.

Every deal meant assessing a business's financial position, understanding what they actually needed the capital for, and negotiating a structure that worked for both the business owner and the lender — often with 2–3 stakeholders involved before anything closed.

Joined the founding team of an early-stage corporate housing consolidation platform pursuing a national roll-up strategy. This role sat at the intersection of two audiences that had to be worked simultaneously: acquisition targets (the corporate housing businesses being evaluated for purchase) and capital (the PE and VC firms who needed to believe in the thesis enough to fund it).

On the acquisition side, built relationships with 15+ business brokers and M&A advisors across primary US markets to source a consistent pipeline of targets, typically businesses in the $500K–$3M EBITDA range, evaluating 20+ potential acquisitions against a clear set of financial and operational criteria.

On the capital side, built the Information Memorandums (IMs), financial models, and pitch materials used to take the company's thesis in front of PE and VC firms across multiple US markets for the Series A raise. That meant translating a fragmented, unsexy industry into a credible growth story backed by real numbers, then defending that story in the room, repeatedly, against investors who'd seen a hundred roll-up pitches before.

Built and scaled a wellness brand from the ground up, selling mouth tape and Lion's Mane supplement products across Amazon and Shopify — one of 6 stores built over six years generating $200K+ in cumulative revenue.

Owned the full P&L, not just marketing. That meant negotiating directly with Chinese manufacturers on unit pricing, MOQs, and quality control (including catching and fixing supplier issues before they became returns or bad reviews), then optimizing PPC campaigns down to a 4.0 ROAS while protecting healthy margins — a balance most sellers get wrong in one direction or the other.

Started at the very bottom of the funnel: cold calling and door knocking to build a pipeline from nothing. Year one as a Sales Executive was pure volume and resilience. Year two, promoted to Senior Sales Executive, meant sharper targeting and a much higher close rate on fewer, better-qualified conversations, plus training and mentoring new consultants.
